Do I get to choose my local tailor?

Through our exclusive partnership with GreenEarth Cleaning we now offer tailoring and dry cleaning services at locations that are convenient for you. Click to find a Tailor Partner in your location

Do I have to pay for cleaning and/or alterations?

Nope – suit cleaning and alterations are always included in the price. It’s part of the deal.

Note: Limit one cleaning and one alteration appointment per suit order

How long does it take to receive my order?

Domestic shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive.

Where are your suits made?

Our fabrics are sourced from around the world, and our garments are designed in Brooklyn and manufactured in South East Asia.

If my suit doesn’t fit, what should I do?

If, you don’t love the fit upon delivery, follow the steps below to schedule a free alteration appointment with one of our Tailor Partners.

  1. Click the link to schedule an Alteration appointment.
  2. Find a location near you
  3. Enter you Order ID to book your appointment
  4. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email for your appointment. Note: Confirmation email must be presented in order to get free service.

Do you make suits for women?

Our suits are cut for men’s bodies, but there’s absolutely no reason why a woman couldn’t purchase a 9tofive suit.
